8th grade Reading TAKS = 96% PASSED!!!!!!!!
The kids earned a whole week of free dress (no uniforms!) from FL. There will be a re-test @ the end of April for those who need it and for the 2-3 that didn't take it initially.

Teacher X has been placed on administrative leave effective 14 March 2008 ~ basically his days are numbered. FL let me know this since I am department chair but he did not give me any more info. If you are a regular reader of my blog, you know that Teacher X and FL have butted heads for the past five years and it was only a matter of time before the stuff was going to really hit the fan!
