I found this article in today's paper and thought I would share it with you. The doucmentary looks at Hernández vs. Texas and how it changed the face of U.S. jury selection. It will air on PBS @ 9:00 pm Monday (2-23-09). Even if you don't watch the film, you will still learn a thing or two from this article regarding the civil rights of Mexican Americans in the early 1950's. BTW, Earl Warren presides over this case not too long before the more famous, Brown vs. Board of Education, Topeka, KS.
