I'm baaaaaaaaaaaaack!!!!!

Greetings and salutations to my fans or should I say fan??

#1 I am now a three year breast cancer survivor ~ ¡Salud!

“So where have you been, BA?”

“I decided to take a risk during this hiatus from school.”

“Pray tell what would this risk be?”

“I elected to do absolutely NOTHING school related!”

“How is that a risk?”

“If you know me, I am always spending my summer breaks up to my ears in workshops of one sort or another. Or, I might be loitering around campus to seize any crumbs of news that might be tossed my way. One reason for the break was the dearth of available or quality workshops. My main reason however: I was just burnt out physically and mentally at the end of the year.”

“I see; it makes sense to me. Will this be an annual occurrence?”

“It might be. If I do participate in any workshop, I am going to limit the # of hours. My average used to be 30+ over the summer.”

“BA, your thoughts on risk taking?”

“I did enjoy stepping out of my self-imposed parameters and the revitalization of self has been phenomenal.”

ttfn,
~ba~

Good for you! There will always be more workshops, you know this. By the time everyone gets to the end of that school year, I sometimes wonder who was running out the door the quickest - the kids, or the adults? :)

Congratulations on your 3 year mark! Celebrate for sure! Love the pic.

On my site there is a button you can click on and fund free mammograms for woman who can not afford them. It doesn't cost a thing, you just click. You can pick out a button for your site too if you'd like. Enjoy your fabulous summer!

For many teachers, the hardest thing to do during the summer break is to forget about school. Congratulations on having done the nearly impossible!
